Centrum Metropol will be a modern, mixed-use development with a total space of 32,700 sq m. The project will be located in downtown Wrocław at Al. Józefa Piłsudskiego, close to the southern border of the historic Old Town – adjacent to the major South – North axis of the city ul.Świdnicka / Al.Powstańsców Śląskich. The site is located close to one of the major business and shopping areas – the rapidly developing South Center and is in the close proximity to Wrocław Główny and Świebodzki train stations.

The development will consist of a 4 star hotel with 150 rooms and will operate under the prize winning brand of Hilton Garden Inn. A-class office space will take 13,000 sq m of the development. Moreover 36 apartments are planned with an average size of 50 sq m. On the ground floor 15 retail units ranging in size from 80 to 400 sq m are going to offer convenient shopping and service points. Most of -1 level, and the entire -2 level will accommodate 221 publicly accessible car parking lots.

The Centrum Metropol project combined with the soon to be redeveloped adjacent Capitol Music Theatre will make a significant architectural statement and will enhance the metropolitan flavour of the street. The Centrum Metropol Development with it’s typically urban, rhythmically perforated facades will compliment the pure and solid planned new Capitol Theatre.
